It a good size one bedroom flat, but there is so much damp and humidity. The floors are old and it get freezing during winter. You need to open windows does not matter the season or you get mould everywhere. The electricity bill is really expensive (around £300 a month in the cold months), the radiators are old and there is not gas at all. There is not good isolation, you literally can hear anything from the neighbours houses. The wallpapers and floors needs to be change and possible the toilet needs a renovation too.
