‘Nice’ people, Kay and Mike,(Brother and Sister) - Unfortunately Nice is Toxic, they say all the right things and do nothing. We want you to be happy - but no jobs ever get done...
Fortnightly calls from Kay pestering me to get the hedge trimmed, the hedge is 50% weeds...
The Major problem is that the letting agent they use is a ‘friend’, Sal the agent is useless and lies constantly, the people he sends to do any work always make a huge mess and are cowboys. He promises the world and delivers nothing. One of his men cleared off halfway through a job and left the back door wedged wide open, all lights and heating on, I got home 5 or 6 hours later and thought I’d been broken into.
