Fortnightly calls from Kay pestering me to get the hedge trimmed, the hedge is 50% weeds...
The Major problem is that the letting agent they use is a ‘friend’, Sal the agent is useless and lies constantly, the people he sends to do any work always make a huge mess and are cowboys. He promises the world and delivers nothing. One of his men cleared off halfway through a job and left the back door wedged wide open, all lights and heating on, I got home 5 or 6 hours later and thought I’d been broken into.

Plus- A Beautiful bungalow, off-road parking and a garage.
Minus- full of faults... No stopcock so unable to turn off water if anything bursts. Very few electric sockets and the ones that are here are in the skirting. Garage roof panels sliding off, gutterings blocked and falling off, maybe 50mm of loft insulation so very cold, mould on walls as radiators are in the centre of the house, kitchen sink only 1 bowl, 1.5 bowls should be a bare minimum, kitchen unit doors are blown, back door locks don’t work, garage door lock broken, House is Full of Wasps!!!, Eight beachball size nests in the loft. Roof leaks and landlord refuses to repair, says that is what my insurance is for!

Lovely area (for Glasgow), unfortunately constant road noise all day and night, plus airport noise. Near a high school so the kids drop rubbish outside your house everyday, the parents block the roads everyday, fine if you aren’t here during school hours.
