Quiet location, nice being across from Bowthorpe marsh. Easily access any part of Norwich, close to Aldi or a short drive from Asda.

Very close to uni and right next to the bus stop. Supermarket is also very close (both Tesco and coop)

This house is less than a 10-minute walk to the UEA campus.
Really close to a co-op and takeaway shop which is very convenient and the proximity to Eaton park is lovely.
We also have access to the 25 and 26 bus routes within a 5-minute walk.

This house is very close to UEA (about an 8-minute walk). It's also close to Co-op and Tesco express, as well as a Boots and some, takeaways just around the corner. There is a primary school opposite. However, sometimes there can be some antisocial behaviour in the area.
