This is a good 6 bedroom property really close to UEA. The rooms are different sizes but all with single beds.
2 fridges in the kitchen, no tumble dryer but there is a washing machine.
There is a nice big living-dining room.

This house is very close to UEA (about an 8-minute walk). It's also close to Co-op and Tesco express, as well as a Boots and some, takeaways just around the corner. There is a primary school opposite. However, sometimes there can be some antisocial behaviour in the area.
