Fantastic area for students, lots of transport, amenities and parks nearby.

A mixed good area multi cultural close to shops area bus service is terrible with 3 or 4 buses turning up at once or not at all dodgy like anywhere else

Overall quite a nice area and happy with it! Close to town which is beneficial.

Middle of nowhere, quite far from grocery shops and nothing else after that.

Area nice, busy at times, however expected when on a main road.

Very close to local transport and shops, amazing pub at the bottom of the street that does excellent food. the local area is great

Kingston Park is a mature residential neighborhood. The property is very well situated, with excellent transport links, great local facilities, and extensive shopping outlets. To top it off our neighbours were such lovely people.
