She clearly didn’t care about the quality of the property whatsoever, any reported faults or damages were dealt with with no sense of urgency - when we first moved in the oven didn’t work and we had one functioning hob - it took two months for this to be replaced.

Honestly I would never use this agency again - they were unprofessional and constantly arranged viewings without letting us know meaning we would have to open the door to an agent with potential tenants say “no you can’t come in” and then close the door in their faces. they also never got my name right in communications

bedroom and two significantly smaller rooms. flooring was outdated and poorly kept, there were nails sticking up through some floorboards and the carpet in the landing was laid over more floorboards with no underlay. furniture was old and worn and the property was draughty constantly

Very close to local transport and shops, amazing pub at the bottom of the street that does excellent food. the local area is great
