Lots of litter on the ground but good local amenities

Lots of youths on off road bikes in the night, regular car crime. Local kids behave inappropriately without intervention from parents.

During my departure fron the flat, the handover of keys and deposit was smooth. 8 had few posts that woupd come over even after my stay. Mr. Kjartan was happy to offer assistance with it.

It's well-connected if you need to make a quick exit :D

Really lovely area, very friendly, never had any issues

Area was fine with many student houses in the area

Close to the centre. Well served by buses. Two nice parks nearby. Lots of interesting cafes and restaurants, on Cowley Road. Fairly large supermarkets, and some useful shops in Templar’s Square nearby. Quiet road with a friendly local shop. Friendly neighbours.

Area is between Clapham and Brixton. The Clapham part is pleasant but Brixton is rough and not ideal for a single woman.

Good neighbourhood, quite safe

Filthy with severe rubbish and pest problems. Noisy at night. Hard to park on surrounding streets. Good connections into city centre though with buses.
