Close to everything and accessible

Nice views of scenery and the city, but is very hilly which is only a problem if you don't like walking. But it has good bus coverage that goes around most of the area so you can get into town easily.

Terribly unsafe area. I would not recommend a woman to live here without fearing for safety. Lots of drunk and drug affected men wondering the streets.

A really convenient spot. You've got a Sainsbury's Local and Tesco just nearby, so shopping is never an issue. It's a quiet road compared to some of the busier ones like Dawlish, which makes a nice difference day to day. Not a far walk from campus at all, and close to the gym and all the coffee shops. Overall a pretty great location — hard to fault it.

The area is quiet & convenient, with a Tesco Superstore, Aldi and an Iceland all within easy reach. There is a good selection of local shops where you can buy your essentials from and thee is a newly built gym and leisure centre. The Elizabeth line is easily accessible which is a plus.

Beautiful Lake District setting, peaceful and scenic, with lovely surroundings right on your doorstep. The trade-off is that it’s quite remote, so you need a car and need to be comfortable being a fair distance from shops and amenities. Ideal if you value quiet and nature over convenience.
