In a townhouse and my room is the most expensive eventhough there are 2 other rooms they are much bigger than mine. Reception has verbally confirmed that I'm paying for the wrong room but nothing has been done about it.
My friend who moved in only a month after was charged an extra £8 per week for the same room as others , day flight robbery it's a disgrace how selfish they are.
