Spacious 3 bedroom with garden, older house that had since been renovated. Beautiful house on first sight but upon moving in we found a number of issues with the property being safe and functional. We have been living without lights in an area of the house, exposed electrical wires, broken kitchen extractor fan, one shower not working, missing room door handles, broken front gate, shed roof no longer waterproof, broken tv antenna connection etc. etc. for five months. We expected that the things we were shown in the viewing to be functional.
