3 double bedrooms of good size, one single bed room which was extremely small. House was claimed to be cleaned prior to start of tenancy. However, carpet was dirty, fridges were not cleaned out, dust and spiders everywhere. There were holes in the walls which were not there when we viewed the property. Mould began to grow in downstairs bedroom due to leaking roof.
