Bad condition. Landlord had painted over mould, botched repaired radiators and had toilets not operating correctly.
Ended up having preston council and courts involved. Landlord still did not fixed, got awarded £5000 costs in court for compensation.

4 bedroom detached property with nice front and back gardens. Internal is in disrepair with dodgy plumbing work and poor maintenance. Drainage and water plumbing is poor and bathroom discusting. Landlord clearly doesnt want to spend any money on improvements.
