Lazy, unhelpful landlord. Wants to charge high rents for poor properties. When forced to take action for repairs he threatened to revenge evict me. Failed to protect my deposit in a registered scheme.

4 bedroom detached property with nice front and back gardens. Internal is in disrepair with dodgy plumbing work and poor maintenance. Drainage and water plumbing is poor and bathroom discusting. Landlord clearly doesnt want to spend any money on improvements.

Lovely area, great schools with quiet family atmosphere. Only issues are the areas is plagued with hospital staff parking down the road every day.
