I cannot in good conscience leave a positive review for this property. From the moment I moved in, I encountered nothing but problems. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) was D and the lack of hot water was a constant issue. Despite numerous complaints to the landlord, nothing was ever done to rectify the situation.

The property itself was in a state of disrepair, with mold growing in the corners and a constant damp smell permeating throughout. The heating system was unreliable and the windows were poorly insulated, leading to sky-high energy bills.

The landlord was unresponsive and unhelpful, refusing to address any of the issues I brought to their attention. They were rude and dismissive, making it clear that they had no interest in maintaining the property or ensuring the comfort of their tenants.

Overall, I would strongly advise against renting this property. The lack of hot water, EPC D, and horrible landlord make it a nightmare to live in. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more suitable living situation.
