I cannot begin to express the frustration and disappointment I experienced while dealing with my landlord during my tenancy. From the very beginning, it was clear that he had no interest in maintaining the property or ensuring the well-being of his tenants.
Throughout my time living there, I encountered numerous issues with the property that went unresolved despite repeated requests for assistance. The landlord was unresponsive and dismissive, refusing to address any of the problems that arose.
As the end of my tenancy approached, I made the decision not to report him out of a sense of understanding and compassion. However, when I finally brought up my concerns, his response was nothing short of inhuman. He told me that if I didn’t like his house, I should have left, completely disregarding the fact that I had been a loyal and responsible tenant throughout my time there.
This lack of empathy and disregard for the well-being of his tenants is truly appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from this landlord to think twice and look elsewhere for a more caring and responsible property manager. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a callous and disrespectful manner, and no one should have to endure such treatment while simply trying to find a place to call home.

I cannot in good conscience leave a positive review for this property. From the moment I moved in, I encountered nothing but problems. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) was D and the lack of hot water was a constant issue. Despite numerous complaints to the landlord, nothing was ever done to rectify the situation.
The property itself was in a state of disrepair, with mold growing in the corners and a constant damp smell permeating throughout. The heating system was unreliable and the windows were poorly insulated, leading to sky-high energy bills.
The landlord was unresponsive and unhelpful, refusing to address any of the issues I brought to their attention. They were rude and dismissive, making it clear that they had no interest in maintaining the property or ensuring the comfort of their tenants.
