The property was during our tenancy in a run down condition with it looking like there had been no attempt to redecorate in a couple of decades. The garden is a decent size but is a constant battle to keep weeds back…

House was generally furnished ok, but a bit dated. Tennant's are crammed into rooms however this is fairly common in this area. Decent sized garden, generally poorly maintained.
