The property was during our tenancy in a run down condition with it looking like there had been no attempt to redecorate in a couple of decades. The garden is a decent size but is a constant battle to keep weeds back during the summer and the pond may or may not have developed into some form of primal goo capable of evolving any day soon.

House was generally furnished ok, but a bit dated. Tennant's are crammed into rooms however this is fairly common in this area. Decent sized garden, generally poorly maintained.
