The house had been newly refurbished when we moved in. Everything was pretty much perfect - new wooden floors downstairs and carpets upstairs, brand new kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine, new bathroom with amazing shower. Neutral decor throughout and landlord was happy for us to decorate. Lovely attic conversion. Garden had new decking but plants needed a bit of TLC. Beautiful big spacious rooms, new double glazing, bay windows.
