Clean and warm. Happy place for my uni friends and myself. As its on the end of a terrace, there is little noise from anyone.

Horrible landlord did not care. Mould all over walls in bedrooms. Crack in wall in kitchen which meant water was coming in from outside, through the brickwork to behind the wall paper and going mouldy - landlord refused…
