Never complied with obligations repair anything.
Asked him to fix light, blinds and damp and mould issues never did anything - he told the letting agent not send anyone.

Horrible landlord did not care.
Mould all over walls in bedrooms.
Crack in wall in kitchen which meant water was coming in from outside, through the brickwork to behind the wall paper and going mouldy - landlord refused to fix or provide any measures to improve the situation.
He refused to fix the broken lights switch in the bathroom ( not a bulb issues) so we had no bathroom light for 4 months until we moved out.
