Large cold house, very poor loft insulation, told we had to insulate loft ourselves if we wanted it done. There was mould on one of the rooms in spring and summer. We were told it would go away but it didn't. Upstairs shower had black mouldy silicone. Garden was run down and concretey, had a rockery, alpine plants, lots of weeds. Not very child friendly, but sunny back garden, front garden was weedy and a bit neglected. In need of some love, lots of brown nylon carpets.
