Large flat - 2 beds, kitchen/diner, nice south facing garden. But quite dark and several walls had damp. In the kitchen the bottom cupboards were actually unusable because of it. Bathroom floor tiles were laid without making the surface underneath flat. Lots of things left from previous tenants.
