Attic of a victorian property converted into a 1 bed flat. The rooms are quite small but I found it had a cosy feeling. Bedroom is mostly taken up by the bed, but when you have a whole flat to yourself, it's not so much of an issue.
Bathroom has EXCELLENT views over the city.
Furniture and appliances quite dated and mismatched, but all in working order.
Can get quite cold over the winter with only 1 storage heater to heat the entire flat, but the landlord provides a couple of space heaters too.
