Never saw the landlord, only communication via text/phone. If it was not for the independent inventory and our own photographs, this landlord would of held us over every ware and tear. Even making up some furniture that didn’t exist. They are in it for the money only so hold no quarter with them. Don’t expect flexibility so offering to be flexible yourself will not help.

The agency was great. Diligent, polite and balanced in view. It meant that when we came to buying our own place that we went with them.

This is a very small (under 400sqft) 1 bed room apartment above some takeaways. It was newly refurbished and furnished when we took up our tenancy. However, the quality of furniture was so low we had to replace many things ourselves. The kitchen and shower room (no bath) were great though. The bed was the worst part. Get your own mattress I would say. Overall it looked the part but with in a short time it became annoying to live there in such a small space with low quality furniture.

Close to the train station as you can get which is why we moved there. However, above a Chinese restaurant meant it was always loud with ventilation pipe going past the windows. There were always weird goings on in the car park etc. And people would often park in your allocated space, even breaking the bollard to do so with the landlord charging for the it when it didn’t do the job intended.
