The landlord is Santander. Their office is in London but they do not have a properties management team or responsible person. The agent refuse to give us a name or department so our letters get lost and never respond back

Letting Agent rating

Connells Group is the worst agent ever. Despite our complaints to have things repaired or compensate us for their lack of responsability, they would always argue that we should take care of the property (i.e. we went 1 week without electricity or hot water).

Area rating

Despite this being in the town centre, it is quiet at night after shops close. Beware though, there is a 24 hour gym opposite the flat - there entry alert sound is always on and it sounds like a microwave everyone someone enters!
Also, members park in your allocated parking spot.
I had my car stolen here and witnessed a female being violated by a group of men, drugs sales, and other illegal activity.
No police investigation was ever taken seriously and the landlord said this was a civil matter
