The landlord is ok. They are keen to keep in a good state, and so are pretty quick at fixing things. However they were slightly harsh on the deposit at the end of the tenancy.

3 story property, recently redecorated not to an expensive standard but it's efficient and modern. All rooms have single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, and an office chair. There are 3 bathrooms, one on each floor, all to a good standard again. The kitchen and living area is the same room and is small for 6 people but does a job.
