Rubbish letting agent, they don't reply to emails. I had to write a formal complaint just to get some answers about my deposit that they didn't protect, but they issued me the Prescribed Information anyway. Landlady wasn't happy with them so any repairs and problems had to be made to the landlady direct

Very nice property, but lots of problems with the bathroom though, downstairs toilet ceiling fell through twice as it wasn't fixed properly the first time, ongoing toilet and shower leak.
Decent sized garden, nicely decorated rooms and good sized garage.

lovely neighborhood, plenty parking spaces.
Close to the town, shops and schools never had any problems .
