he is very poor to repairing basic stuff in the house. does not keep to the repairing standards of law at all. he is not even registered as a landlord in this property and the property to the back as well

there is two bedrooms. nice large bedrooms. mould very bad in the bathroom. he has control of the heating, which means the boiler control to put heat on is padlocked, for me as a tenant. there is overgrown trees blocking our view. poor lighting in the house and only have one hob gas cooker that works
