Happy to fix basic issues quite quickly and always responded to any communication in a couple of days. They do however need to spend a little more money on helping with damp and mould issues e.g. invest in good double glazed windows and a new front door.

Property has plenty of character and is situated close to train station and town centre, however is still in a nice and quiet area. The property has been looked after and has all basic amenities, however being an old building does have a damp/mould issue and could do with new double glazed windows and front door to help with this issue.
