Disgusting service, argued with us, slammed the door in our face, petty petty man.
Wanted us to return the property keys to him in the midst of a government lockdown - doesn't understand any of the measures, still going out working against government instructions.
So so much more..

Agency were lovely, very informative, always kept us in the loop with viewings. Although tried to enforce viewings in the heat of social distancing (which they didn't even know about!)
