Tenancy review for 80 Queensland Avenue in Chapel Fields, Coventry rented from Harminder Bilkhu

- poor experience/communication: often ignored emails and calls and any replies very combatative. Has hounded for early rent and signing of next tenancy etc.
- questionable/dodgy actions: answers by different names on the phone! (rang alarm bells)
- low competence: had typos and mistakes in a contract, which were then interpreted to his advantage e.g. rent due date each month which we were then told to ignore and pay earlier than stated...

Overall impression: as a student you will likely have enough to worry about. The added stress would not be worth it even if rent was half the price that it is in my opinion, and you will end up spending a lot of time being chased or trying to chase.

Cant' comment too much, however flatmates had a bad time with brokien appliances and unmaintained facilities that were left for themselves to fix at their time and cost
