94 Dulverton Avenue

The worst landlord ever.
The house was in extremely poor condition with dust everywhere. It was totally not ready for renting before we moved in. They spent over a week to fix the kitchen after we have moved in, so we had to eat out every day. The ceiling had water dripping down, the carpet contained vile smells from pet 💩
But the most ridiculous is after we moved out, they deducted us over £500 for deep cleaning etc.
How can anyone be so utterly shameful?

Very very poor house with dust everywhere, obviously never deep cleaned.

Kitchen was not yet ready to use before moved in, they spent over a week to fix it.

Water was leaking from ceiling, carpet contained vile smells of pet 💩
