Giving a low score for the reason above. Have just moved in so cant say anything else but will update the review in a few months time

The property is good. But we were shown the house with an expensive fridge and freezer based on which we agreed to the higher rent amount they counter-offered. That appliance was gone when we moved in. They have been gaslighting us and denying all previous confirmations that the appliance would be included, which is a shame. Hard to now speak to Oakland estates property agents and landlord in good faith that they won’t backtrack from what is agreed to , so we now need written evidence of everything.
