The landlords are ok and are willing to work on the flat where necessary, but as they live abroad it sometimes takes a while for work to get approved.

The property is pretty average. Rooms vary widely in size but it's alright for four people who are clean and tidy. Windows are really poor though and mould grows around them, plus the building itself sometimes has the downstairs door left open meaning that it's not always the most secure.
