There were several defects at entry the most serious was that the hot water system was not working. It took several visits over about six weeks for this to be resolved. The other big issues were an exterior refurbishment over a 10 week period that required vacating the property during the day due to the noise and dust.

This is a two bedroom flat built in the 1960s without central heating. There was no forced ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen and that caused issues with condensation requiring purchase of a dehumidifier that the agent refused to supply.
