The landlord is Treebond Ltd which it run by company director John McGowan. The Director deliberately gives permission to agent estate to rent this flat and he refused to sign flat rent agreement. Because people with lower income facing issues in finding flat in London than they accept flat agreement and it is high rent £1200 which it is over market rate rent. John has a huge experience in management property therefore he works hard to get DPS secure deposit by false information. And again I am saying he refused to sign rent contract.

The agency is Signature Property Management (Kashif and Jafar)located in Harrow but there is not actual address. Kashif and Jafar finding their clients among our community and they claim that they do management for this flat. And the landlord has very good behavior and they sign rent contract on behalf of the landlord. They charge very expensive admin fees and they do not provide adminstation invoice. Also they asking for £1200 for unfurnished flat in South Harrow. Specially this flat is suffering from mice and rats issues. After taking money will disappear and they deny their responsibility towards the flat problems. Than you will face bad behavior of the Director John. According to UK regulations should be Company Director stop any bad financial behavior like charges people money without invoice explaining VAT amount and people rights.

The property located at South Harrow and it is suffering from Rats and Mouse issues. The rats run inside cavity walls. Also, we are suffering from open bin store problems which it is usually being subject to foxes and rats. Also this building beside railway.
