Disorganised with no consistency. You have to chase and chase to get anything done - emails hardly ever responded to, repairs and concerns go ignored for months on end. Incredibly difficult and obstinate should you complain, and they did something so unethical and appalling as a revenge tactic for complaining to them that I can't actually disclose it on here.

The property was tired and horribly neglected, especially the garden which was a jungle when we arrived. The previous tenants had left it in a complete mess - filthy inside (and not cleaned, despite repeated promises from the Letting Agent) and bits falling off all over the place. A plethora of repair issues that went unresolved. The paintwork on the walls had been touched-up with so many different colours of paint (to hide the many different stains and dents - mostly this didn't work) it was difficult to tell what the original wall colour was.

Nice in terms of greenery. Hardly any crime, and safe for pets and kids. A very small community.
