To rent a flat in the state we found speaks volumes regarding the landlady. Would she have liked to rent a flat in the state it was?

Holroyd Miller completely washed their hands over the state of the flat saying that the contract was between the landlady and our selves. What is even worse was that the reply to the complaint was dated very dishonestly to fall within the stipulated 28 days when it was received 6 weeks later

Property rating
The property was rented out in a dirty state. The dish washer, oven, the fridge freezer and under surface of the kitchen work surfaces were dirty. There was a large stain in the main bedroom carpet which looked like from human excrement. The only shower did not work and and took many many weeks to get it sorted.
Mobile coverage and internet speed very poor. Would not suit anyone who rely on these facilities.
