Took long to repair defective products.
We did not have washing for 2 months.

Access to garden door was not repaired for months. So no access to garden.

Bathroom window won’t close.

Door handles old. We were trapped in a room as lock was broken. We had to be there for a few hours.
Nothing was done even after informing.

Without permission land lord entered the flat while we were away.

Deposit not released even after 6 days of vacating the property and paying for end of tenancy clean.

Leak in garage roof was not informed. So our furniture was covered in mould. We lost £3000 on the furniture. No response from owner.
