Wardbrights should be avoided at all costs. Repairs are not carried out properly. They blame the tenant for the damp or just flatly refuse to acknowledge that its there at all. Tried to charge me extra rent, cleaning and redecorating costs when I left the property. Resulted in going to court were they quite rightly lost. The house was a thousand times better when I moved out then it was when i moved in!

Damp in both bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.
Bathroom not fitted correctly and resulted in 3 major leaks into the kitchen downstairs! Show not fitted and fell out the wall whilst using it!
