Well what can I say ! Jade Ata how this sleeps at night ! My daughter had a flat at lightbox .The toilet was disgusting we had to replace it .But when she moved out we went in and cleaned the property .The cleaners or whoever went in there conveniently place the items we left for the next tenant - IE a drawer with bags , wipes , kitchen foil , some new tea towels All over the flat to look like she had left it like that .They sent my daughter a threatening letter about taking her to court ..I spoke to this girl and wow ...she's so professional the shouting at me , wouldn't let me speak what can I say ...you only have to Google her name and see ! The level of customer service is shocking , they never answer calls or emails unless it's threatening letters .The communal areas are filthy , the lifts never worked it stank of weed every where ...all this for 900 pounds a month ...If you move into one of their properties take pictures of everything when you move in and move out !

Awful , communal areas filthy .Lifts never worked .Take pictures when you move in and out because they will try scam you .
