Terrible at responding to repairs especially urgent ones ( damp) had to contact them numerous times only to receive a ‘sorry we are dealing with students’ they attended to sort the house coincidentally the same day the council turned up to inspect the property. The repairs they have done are cosmetic - the issues are still there.
At the end of our tenancy, we requested to be told potential viewing days so we can arrange work , meetings and the moving boxes, instead we were emailed appointments that had already been booked and made to feel pressured into the date and time despite shift work and confidential calls /meetings. We later informed that whilst we are moving we are not allowing access to the property, only to receive a ‘don’t worry they won’t mind the mess’ emails and completely ignoring the no access being allowed. This lead to them entering the property 2 times with no permission and when questioned we were told ‘we can’t stop them’ and then a quite heated call which they tried to blame them ignoring a email that says no permission on us.

Would not recommend they are aggressive when they are at fault , the formal complaint raised has been answered by them but ignores the issues and tries to incorrectly push the blame onto the tenant.

Damp in the living room particularly the chimney wall and front wall. Damp in the kitchen around the sink , boiler and cupboards but no urgency to fix due to money needing to be spent.

Removed the back yard fence in our first month of living there and still hasn’t been replaced, didn’t have a gate until September time once we had informed them we were moving out. It has been 15 months with the fencing ‘still waiting approval’ they apparently were discussing with neighbours landlord, but the neighbour owns the property and hasn’t received any communication from them.

House has potential but you can see when everything has just been taped and painted over, would need fully taking back to brick , during out and decorating again
