26 Princes Avenue

We moved into a property that was only half decorated. Kitchen was filthy walls tiles coming off around window. Three holes punched in toilet door. We had no cold water for bathing as thermostat in tap connection broken. We had 2 wait 2 weeks in summer hottest year too. Also the roof leaked into my sons bedroom light fitting. All he said was dont turn it on. 2days later he had a roof guy just to put tiles on.even though they said needed new roof. Year later we had water coming through kitchen ceiling again he was told needed new roof yet only told to put tiles on. Roofer said the whole roof rotten and showed massive hole above my sons room. My son lost alot of valuable items as he had them in cupboard that was directly under hole. Yet lanlord didn't care about our stuff. He does insurance scams by getting new washing machine for tenancy house keeps it at his house put his old one in and it broke 2 weeks later. Had to wait weeks for him to put in new claim and then he had it fixed. Would not recommend him at all he loses his temper shouts st you over phone. Or constantly rings and texts. So annoying. Ee moved and he still hassling me.

Area was horrid parking always a problem. Neighbours awful always playing loud music and smoking pot.
