Flat 2-8, 57 Brunswick Square

Takes months to resolve any issue.

We had a blocked sink for 3 months
We've had no working light in the bedroom for 4 months
We've had no working washing machine for a month

Everything is an uphill struggle, and everything takes weeks to get a reply

Flat is beautiful with the best view in the city, but:

Bathroom has no ventilation so gets mouldy constantly
Kitchen hob does not vent anywhere so kitchen/living room gets smokey easily
All the windows are rotting/falling apart, so in winter there is zero insulation
