Flat 3, 16 Lansdowne Street

I have been with this agency for about 3 years, and as far as there are no problem with the property and you pay your rent, they only contact you for renewals and not much else. I reported a leak 2 years ago, after all this time they haven't done anything, not even pretending. Now is time to renew the contract and they want to increase the rent £100 but without fixing the leaks (now there is more than one). Contacted them, few of the members, and even one of the managers and the just pas the ball to each other, no one is taking responsibility and the ceiling will fall one of this heavy rain days. Be careful with this agency....
