Terrible. Simply acted as a shield between tenant and landlord, playing one off against the other. Their property visits were a joke, as they listed all work needing doing only to make the same list six months later. Their tone betrayed an attitude that tenants are a lower form of life than landlords

A pleasant basic flat with several maintainance problems that could be easily cured by a decent landlord prepared to invest as well as take money and an agent with a decent ethical attitude to their role.
