Flat 6, Kings Court

When we first got the keys, it was the estate agency gave us the keys and on the day Mark for me to introduce himself and to say that this is his number to contact him on however when we had damages to the property such as fixtures needed put back together and a lot of the cupboards fell apart in the kitchen he would read my message and either leave me on read or reply back with sorry the person is on holiday who takes care of that so we were left with a broken kitchen for four months this was still the same when we moved out. I had told the estate agents this and they rolled the rise so I’m guessing that they know that Mark is very unreliable. He also held our tenancy money and didn’t give us a deposit so I had to go back to the estate agents and tell them that we haven’t received a deposit I spoke to a girl who was in flat two as we were in flat six and she said that she got her deposit back in full in three days. He also said that he was going to be with us on the day of moving out for inspection, however when I messaged him to say that we had moved out, he said that he was no longer available as he was in Ireland for a golfing tournament. He also didn’t give us back our deposit for the flat and it was then the estate agents job chasing up, but they said that they tried to contact him several times and he was on uncontactable.

There was always a constant smell of weed from the property. There was also a tenant who used to play music past midnight and there’s no lift so we had to lift the posture of our baby up three flights of stairs to get to our flat. We also couldn’t open the window due to the smell of weed.
