18 Second Avenue

I lodged with her in Walton on Thames but she is talking of moving to Cornwall. This is the worst landlord I've ever had. She lodges out 3 rooms in her house, she says she is willing to accept shift work but don't trust this. Once I moved in she decided she wanted me out of the house any weekday between 10 and 5. Eventually she accepted between 12 and 4:30. I had to give her what hours I planned to work at the beginning of the week. She came into my room every day to check my plugs were switched off. I caught her on camera showing people around my room and checking my wardrobe. The toilet was broken for a month and I had to use jugs to wash it out. When I asked her about having people in my room she tried to deny it until she realised I had a camera. Then she lost it at me, shouted at me, and would not let me speak. She is unhinged and made me feel unsafe in my own home. There is so much more but I can't go through it all. Everyone do yourself a favour and avoid her like the plague.

Toilet was broken, house is cold, paintwork is falling off. She only gives you one shelf in a kitchen cupboard. She has her own fridge freezer but uses a large part of the lodgers one for her cat and dog food. Just a selfish lady really.
