26 Orchard Road

A warning to anyone who rents from this landlord. 26 orchard road Oxford ox29bl. We had a horrible experience when it came time to leave the house. It became clear that they had been awful to previous tenants too. The pettiness, passive aggression and sheer rudeness. We as tenants had the bathroom floors replaced and the walls professionally painted upon checkout. It was fair for us to do this and we absorbed the cost. It was still not enough for these landlords. They are just horrific to deal with.

Shoddy workmanship, old fixtures, wear and tear. Was painted an awful green and blue like a government building. Revolting floors.
