Tenancy review for 15 Gillards Close in Wellington Rockwell Green And West, Wellington rented from Jacque Ford rented via Beacon Lee and Ward

Throughout the tenancy I had little contact with my landlord as nothing required any attention. This made me slightly nervous as time went on, but actually I got to know her as I was moving out and she is really lovely. I heard from some previous tenants that she is very quick at fixing anything that needs attention, but this wasn't relevant during our tenancy.

The agency were very professional and polite. I felt they were respectful and understanding. As a single parent, finding agents and landlords is not always easy and they were very courteous and understanding of our situation for which I am very grateful.

Property rating: 9

The property was a really together little home, while the décor wasn't brilliant the important stuff was really up together. The house was very warm and had the most advanced thermostat I had ever seen, my son and I called it the magic wand! Loads of insulation, the loft was boarded and easily accessible. The house was warm and toasty with no mould anywhere. All in all a very comfortable home.

The neighbourhood is very quiet, the house is tucked away around a corner in the bottom of a cul-de-sac so there is no noise, little light pollution and as far as I am aware very little crime. The neighbours were all reasonable people while we were there, again quiet and fairly friendly. The area was much too quiet for me having left Bristol because of housing pressures, but if you are looking for somewhere small and quiet this is a lovely place and a lovely house.
